Caldwell Huckabay

Caldwell Huckabay

Caldwell moved to Chattanooga shortly after graduating from LSU School of Law in 1989.  While in law school, he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review, published three articles, and graduated in the top 25% of his class. He originally worked for Chattanooga law firm Chambliss & Bahner, and then went on to be a prosecutor in the Hamilton County District Attorney’s Office.  Through that experience, he has successfully tried and won countless cases, including: First Degree Murder, DUI, felonies, various drug offenses, sex offenses, robbery and theft, car accidents, personal injury, commercial litigation, divorce, and construction litigation.  In addition, Caldwell taught for almost 20 years at Baylor School where he developed and taught a criminal and constitutional law class.  His experience as both a seasoned trial lawyer and teacher gives Caldwell a unique understanding of how best to resolve cases fairly and equitably.

Caldwell and his wife, Shelley, live in North Chattanooga.  They have three grown children.  He is an avid bike rider, gardener, and loves his LSU Tigers.
